This is such a great business to be in, especially in Hawaii where the people are so friendly. All of our customers are "Happy Customers" because The Tow does not currently accept requests to tow repossessions or parking violators which can often result in confrontational situations. Of course the new owner may choose to engage in those areas. I've taken very good care of the company's equipment. The tow truck has never been in an accident and has never gone 3,000 miles without an oil change.
The tow truck features the legendary 7.3 Navistar diesel engine. In 2003 Ford began using smaller 6.0 diesel engines in their F-series trucks. Many operators would agree that the Eagle Wrecker Body on the F-450 platform is the best performing and most versatile tow truck available in its class! Furthermore, it has very low miles and is still fully functional with many more money making years left. No special drivers license required to operate the truck because of its weight class, and, UNLIKE LARGER TOW TRUCKS, no special parking facility or storage area is needed since our tow truck can be parked in a space which is basically the size of a standard parking stall. This means that you can run your business from home as I have for over 20 years.
I am selling the business at this amazingly low price because I would like to see a new owner continue to respect and enjoy this company as much as I have for so many years, and possibly make The Tow into a bigger towing company.

. . TERMS OF SALE - PRELIMINARY
If prospective Buyer requires detailed proprietary information, it will be disclosed only upon receipt of a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit payable to The Tow along with a purchase agreement and verification that inquirer is a qualified buyer and has the financial means to acquire The Tow unless buyer intends to pay in full. Moreover, proprietary information should not be an issue since The Company and related equipment are being offered free of charge to the individual purchasing the tow truck.
Sale subject to terms and conditions, as well as warranty limitations and/or exclusions, etc.
Payment accepted in the form of a cashier / certified check, etc. or PayPal.
Everything related to this sale is pre-owned. As with all pre-owned items, imperfections may or may not exists, such as minor chips, scratches, dings, or other minor imperfections.
Although the tow truck is pre-owned, it is fully operational and fully functional.
Tow truck has a minor oil drip. The drip is so minor that the truck is perfectly usable, it loses about 1 quart per year from the 15 gallon reserve, very common in all types of commercial trucks. However, we are disclosing this in order to show that we are not attempting to conceal anything. If the new owner wants the drip corrected, upon reaching a purchase agreement, the new owner has the option to have the current owner pay to have it corrected, or, take the truck as-is and deduct the cost [to repair the drip] from the asking price.
Other than #7 above, all items are offered as-is, no warranty, expressed or implied.
